Situation
Task Force Athena have been commended for their fine work defending the airport during the conference and their hearty assault on the large separatist staging area. The SCUD missiles captured by SDF forces are being dissembled and analysed in order to identify their original makers.
Unfortunately, the helicopter that was shot down by separatist forces was that of our own President, Tomaz Soucek. Following his death, and a successful conference, NATO are highly likely to enter Sumava and assist with the resolution of the conflict.
A temporary President has been put in place, one Vladimir Coufal. Coufal is a military man with 30 years’ experience serving in the SDF. He has a very sensitive task for TFA. Intelligence was gathered from one of the captured separatist soldiers.
Intelligence
For over 6 months, SDF secret police have been investigating the likelihood of an internal officer being a double agent for the Separatist forces. The captured soldier has now confirmed that theory and TFA have been tasked to take action.
Captain Patrik Schick of B Company, Guard Battalion, has been named as the inside man. He and his company of soldiers are suspected of being separatist sympathisers and likely to take up arms against the SDF forces when the right time occurs.
Mission
C Company (TFA) are tasked with assassinating Captain Schick and his men. President Coufal has setup an exercise for them so that we can catch them in the field unaware.
C Company are to fly via 2x CH-47 to the Exercise area GR:025073
The platoons will move NNE in parallel until they intercept patrolling elements of B Company. The platoons will then engage the forces and sweep into the B Company FOB, callsign FOB Czherlik.
All weapons, vehicles and stores are to be destroyed with explosives.
