SITREP:

After several successful actions TFA have been tasked to seize a forward area, securing and holding it to allow BluFor to further their agenda with the local populace. BluFor command has chosen to clear and seize the disputed area, bringing an end to the illegal arms and drugs trafficking taking place within it. This action has UN approval after the evidence produced by TFA from previous missions.

TFA must serve as a fixed point of contact behind enemy lines. BluFor is expected to reach TFA’s location in 24 hours.

If possible TFA will achieve any remaining tactical objectives that remain in their area of operations.

Mission:

Aim – Hold Area till Relieved.

Time and Weather: 0500hrs, light overcast, clearing, no precipitation forecast. Wind light,
SE, decreasing.

Objectives:

  1. Fortify Village
  2. Suppress or Eliminate Snipers and HMGs
  3. Counter any Offensives.
  4. Destroy any remaining targets
  5. Set up observation posts on ridge lines around village
  6. Await reinforcements

Execution

  1. Grab yer fave loadout, and save it
  2. Set and check yer radios
  3. Familiarise yourself with local area
  4. After Briefing you have 5 minutes to fortify village
  5. Return fortify tools to arsenal, do not use them again
  6. Organise artillery teams and counter sniping teams
  7. Await resupply
  8. Await further orders from IC.

OpFor

  • Local Elite Light Infantry Units, expect Night Vision and Sniper ability.
  • Local Militia Units.
    • Light Infantry
    • Motorised Infantry
    • Mechanised Infantry
  • Possible Main Land Reinforcements; Mechanised Infantry, Airmobile Infantry, Light
  • Artillery.

Full Arsenal available at Start Point.

Reinforcement by respawn or helo, choose a flag

Comms: radio net as per TFA Handbook. I suggest Pilot and Copilots take LR radiopacks to
simulate their Rescue transponders

Squads: as per OC’s briefing.
