All Hallows Eve

by Maj. Nez. Mission date Tuesday 31st October 2023

SITREP:

SAHRANI HAS GONE SILENT. Not words you want to hear after a specialized US CBRN team was recently called in by IDAP to help with their investigation of a mysterious outbreak. All calls to the Team and even IDAP have failed. It’s been 18 hours since last contact, and that was a short, cryptic radio call by an IDAP doctor. Time to send in TFA to locate anyone from IDAP and to find the US team.

INTELLIGENCE:

IDAP was went in on request to help with an outbreak of illness in the local population. They in turn called in the US CBRN team when the locals failed to respond to treatment. There have been vague rumours of strange goings on at a local military research base, but no solid connection can be made.

We do have intelligence on key defence locations, and the US Navy will preemptively strike key locations throughout Sahrani with cruise missiles prior to TFA leaving the carrier. These strikes will take out Radar sites, ZU-23s, and an airbase for QRF.

MISSION:

TFA is arriving into Sahrani waters with the US Navy Carrier fleet. The platoons will fly their CH-53s to their first objectives as marked on map to search for the teams and any information as to what is going on. Alpha will head to the LHD Ship that the been supporting the US CBRN Team, Hotel to the airfield where the CBRN team were initially based.

If we find nothing of value at these locations, we will regroup at a military outpost south of Bagango, then on to the military research base northwest of Eponia.

Transport: We will appropriate CBRN vehicles as necessary to achieve our objectives.
