SITREP:
Well folks, its been a month since we put boots on ground here at the airbase. Since our arrival, we have set up daily patrols and have gained trust with a local Police commander. He has been passing on tips of any insurgent and military activities in the region. We have been sending 4 man Recon teams to confirm these tips so we can act on them.
Our airbase has been busy with the arrival of 160th SOAR, JSOC, and the arrival of supplies by the Air Force on a daily basis till we are fully up and running. We are currently temporarily housing 4 A-10s which are about to leave to return to their base. They diverted to our base to wait out a sandstorm. We are expecting a KC-135 to arrive with “Special cargo” at night as the A-10s leave. Busy, busy airbase. So, while we wait for confirmation from our Recon teams, we keep busy and alert.
Mission:
We have lost contact with one of our Recon patrol teams. They were investigating insurgent activity reported at an oil storage south of our base when communication stopped.
Ground Topography: Mountains, some vegetations and water sources in region
Weather: Dusk to night time operation, so grab NVGs
Intelligence:
Keep eyes out for intel. We suspected someone is behind the coup and corruption in the area
Execution:
Gear up, we’re rolling out as soon as the A-10s leave. We are using captured Takistan Army MRAPs and a Humvee that been provided to us by the Local Police Commander as a gift to us. This will help us blend in til we hit our objective
Phase 1: Hit and secure the oil storage facility and start searching the surrounding area for our missing Recon team
Phase 2: As Intel arrives if any
Phase 3: Only if intel is found or given

Personal loadouts Provided:
Limited arsenal available – 5.56 and 7.62 NATO weapons and mix sidearms along with some AT.
**Be smart on your gear, not all optics are NVG usable**
Transportation: 4 Navistar Maxxpro MRAPS with 50 cals and the Humvee which is respawn with an arsenal to be loaded.
Communications: As per SOP’s
Ammo: whatever works
Rations: Arriving on KC-135
