SITREP
Situation update as follows: Although the two radio towers we targeted last mission were not fully destroyed, it has been determined that they are now unusable. So, on that note, the status of the mission ‘Act of Valor’ has been upgraded to Mission Complete.
Although we did not secure the docks at Casucasia during the op, we will be able to do that this mission. We are also still looking for our missing US Army Rangers, hoping we find them alive.
Oh, and outstanding work on taking out those helos and tanks, those could have caused a big problem if they had not been dealt with.
MISSION
Our mission tonight is straightforward. Move in and clear Caucasia, DEMO radio towers (one per platoon as marked on map), grab the boats and be airlifted to a DZ to raid the Air Base. Once you have secured the Air Base, three C-130s will air drop your new transportation (fingers crossed the pilots are on target). Use the new wheels to head back north and investigate some key locations.
Once completed, return to Air Base and set up defensive positions for possible counter attacks.
!! WARNING !! Two known enemy QRF bases are also marked on the map
ROE: Use caution, as civilians might be in the AO
Friendly Forces: SOAR birds for Boat lift and C-130s for air drop of up-armored Humvees
Note: Two US Army Rangers are still missing
INTEL
Colombia – Dusk to Night Op
Weather: Cloudy with chances of fog
Mines/IED threat: Unknown at this time
MAPS

OpFor
Currently known opposition is the Cartel and the splinter cells of the former FARC. We have been seeing some mix of weapons types of both Western and Russian style being used.
Armor threat is high as we have seen T-34s and T-55s being used, and it looks like Air threats are also possible.
TFA Equipment

Loadouts: Same presets as before with limited arsenal
Transportation: MH-60L for reinserts, 3x M1165A GMV Humvees with M2s/M240s (air dropped cargo)
AMMO: Oh, Ithought you would enjoy fighting with sticks and stones, you want those pointy loud pew-pew things?
Rations: You are in South America, try local cuisine – or better yet, take a MRE with you
Any questions, message Nez
