SPECTRE Campaign Chapter 2 Part 4

by Col. Shepherd. Mission date Tuesday 21st January 2025, 19:00 GMT

SITREP

In our last mission, TFA successfully eliminated a heavy anti-aircraft battery at a military installation south of Telos, along with significant QRF forces concealed within the six domes on the site. This was a necessary step prior to assaulting Altis International Airfield, as recently set up NATO equipment has picked up a faint but identifiable ping from a covert tracking beacon installed in SPECTRE’s plane.

Securing the airport and recovering any remains of the aircraft is our top priority.

INTEL

A large cargo plane was observed arriving at the airport and is currently unloading supplies for the Sydicate. More worryingly, there are several large and suspicious looking crates waiting to be loaded onto the plane before it leaves. The weak tracker ping from the area indicates these could include salvaged parts of SPECTRE’s plane, and the US would very much like those back – especially the black box.

NATO technical boffins have managed to tinker with our mine detectors to register the tracker from SPECTRE’s plane in the same way it would usually display a mine threat. This should make it possible to confirm the presence of the airframe at the airport.
