SITREP
TFA had been assigned to MACV-SOG (Military Assistance Command, Vietnam – Studies and Observations Group) to help conduct a special mission behind enemy lines to disrupt enemy supplies and troop movement, rescue POWs, and gather any intel on the enemy.
Situation: we are working out of Camp Striker, northeast of the ‘The Bra’ and will be operating south of river. There is an POW camp of interest just across the river. An AC-119 aircraft was shot down and the crew bailed. They are supposedly being held at the POW camp, along with possibly another few pilots.
MISSION
Mission is to move from camp via supplied jeeps and make your way towards the POW camp. Assault the camp and rescue any POWs you find. LOOK for any intel at POW camp that might have more actionable objectives for you.

The Bra – Night time – Jungles of Nam
Enemy forces
PAVN all around, large military base in the southeast part with helicopter unit. Small outpost with Armor units as QRF for POW camp
Mines: none, but again this is Vietnam and they have boobytraps
Civilians: none should be out at night
Friendly forces
Possible POWs and 3x M102 105mm Howitzer to provide limited support (illumination rounds primarily, some HE rounds and WP rounds)
TFA Loadout
Preset gear with a limited arsenal. Special crate be supplied to teams with EOD to deploy AT Mines.
Combat Engineer and AT roles high priority
AMMO: might a have a few dropped rounds for you
Rations: the glorious C-rations or just eat what’s in the jungle, what could possibly go wrong…
