SITREP
The nation of Drakovac has an infestation problem! Their peninsula has been overrun by a faction calling themselves Freedom Is Asinine (FIA), who feel that the only real form of government is one that runs the population’s everyday life!
The FIA has invaded the peninsula, and has established a foothold there. The Drakovan Military Operations Force (DMOF) is currently tied up with other commitments, and has asked TFA to rid them of this problem.
A small unit of the DMOF is holed up in a former prison compound in the south. They currently have three of the FIA’s leadership detained there, and need to get them to an airstrip in the northeast.
INTEL
The FIA is well funded by as of yet unknown financial benefactors. The invasion was quick and decisive, and caught the Drakovan forces off guard. The forces were able to halt the FIA advance on the northern approach to the peninsula and the line has held for several days, but the Drakovan government feels this is only a pause for reconsolidation of forces for a final push into the Dacovan interior.
There are NO mine, air threats or civilians in the AO!
MISSION
TFA will depart the briefing area and proceed south on the MSR for the friendly compound in the south, and assist the DMOF with base defense until DMOF reinforcements can arrive.
There is a Merlin helicopter that can be utilized for the 3 prisoner’s transport. The DMOF do not have anyone available at the compound to fly the bird.
IF any other tasks are required, Spartan will pass it along.
OPFOR: Freedom Is Asinine (FIA)
The FIA is known to have TAR-21 & F2000 rifles, F2000 GLs, Stoner 99 MGs and MAAWS AT.
Vehicles are BTR-60s, BTR-40s (Technicals with fire teams assigned), MT-LBs and T-55As.
MAPS
TFA EQUIPMENT
The standard Ray loadouts for weapons, ammo and boom sticks.
Vehicles will be the Army surplus M-1025A2s with M2s.
Comms will be in accordance with TFA SOP.
ROE will be followed at all times.
RATIONS: Drakovan mule deer venison with mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and blackberry pie. Ales and juices of multiple varieties will be available to quench your thirst!
