OPERATION FIRE SALE Part 6

by Cpl. Ray. Mission date Tueday 20th January 2025, 19:00 GMT

SITREP

The Special Action Forces, SAF, is digging in! Their mandate is clear, “Hold Kaska at all costs!” Even though the SAF is losing ground, their orders are clear, HOLD!

With the elimination of general #2, the last general is holed up at the location marked by a red objective marker. He is demanding his troops fight to the death, even though most want to surrender and go home.

Resupply flights are sporadically landing at the western airport, and flights are starting to come to a stop. Supplies that have made it to Kaska are slow to make it to the troops in the field. Intel suggests that the SAF is bringing in a small supply of ammo at the Fuel Docks to the north. This needs to be dealt with!

NATO has arrived on Kaska! At the request of the provisional government, NATO has been landing forces by AC at the eastern and central airfields and are moving into the areas cleared by TFA to prevent the SAF from reoccupying it.

Over the past 48 hours, NATO has moved to the boundary of West/Central Zones and are setting up a line of defense along the boundary. The northern checkpoint fell to NATO forces, and now the SAF is stuck on the west side!

NATO has left the final clearing of Kaska to TFA. And since TFA is in a ‘groove’, they don’t want to interfere with it.

INTEL

SAF is continuing to be resupplied with arms, ammunition, and materials. However, the delivery of these supplies is becoming infrequent! Materials are primarily munitions, and since their shipping ability has been eliminated they are trying to sneak munitions in by oil tankers. Flights to western Kaska are being intercepted by US and British Naval air assets, so SAF is getting desperate!

There are civilians on Kaska, but NOT in the western AO! Kaska has set up a provisional government capital in the town of Helen, marked on map. They will start repatriating their citizens once hostilities have ceased.

Mines are a possibility!

MISSION

TFA will depart the Mission 6 Start point and proceed to the oil terminal to eliminate any resupply potential. Upon completion of the oil tanker’s capture, TFA may continue their westward push as the PLs deem necessary!

ALL surrendering SAF personnel will be turned over to NATO forces. This will be done by securing the EPW, marking their location on the map, and moving on. NATO will retrieve them from there!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The officers in charge of the Zone’s operations are officers in the ranks of Major – Colonel are wearing red berets, and field officers in the ranks of 1Lt – Captain are wearing green berets. These are primary targets!

Intel reports 3 general officers were sent to Kaska to bring the forces in line with SAF’s mandate. These generals wear blue berets and are a highly valued target. With the elimination of 2 generals on Kaska, 1 remains as marked on the map.
