SITREP
The former Russian Special Operations Group (vy znaete, esli vy znaete) [PRONOUNCED: vis Ney les vis Ney] has established an operational Air Base in Northern XXX. It is claimed they have stolen an ultra-top secret program known as the “Time Twisting Device” and are studying it.
If our assumptions are correct they are attempting to harness the power of the Time Twister to alter the fabric of time as we know it and move the world into an alternate reality where THEY have global dominance.
INTEL
The former Russian Special Operations Group has established an operational Air Base mostly equipped with Mi-8 Helicopters. Intelligence reports they have little to no heavy Air Defense Systems or Heavy weapons.
The whole unit is not on site at this time, and it appears this is the right time to strike. In the Air Base Compound expect to find a Battalion Minus size garrison and a C2 node. They have established a study group that is trying to harness the power of the “Time Twisting Device” before they install it in the operational power generation platform.
There are no reports of the use of Mines or IEDs in the operational area, and we believe they still have a displaced force that will be rallied to form a QRF when the Air Base is attacked.
Weather: Cool and partly cloudy with a light wind blowing to the South. No precipitation expected for the next 24 hours.
Terrain: Mostly desert environment, rolling hills to low mountain peaks, and lightly wooded areas to in our operational area.
MISSION
TFA conducts an Air Assault along Route Black Arrow to conduct a deliberate Attack on the former Russian Special Operations Group at their Air Field. TFA will neutralize all enemy forces as we Find then Destroy the “Time Twisting Device”.
Once the “Time Twisting Device” has been destroyed TFA will with draw to our CH-47D and return to out FOB. TFA’s ROE is Weapons Free on former Russian Special Operations Group to neutralize any and all enemy forces encounter in the operational area.
EXECUTION
TFA will move en masse by CH-47D along Route Black Arrow to establish a foot hold at Air Base Objective area. Maneuver to close with and neutralize the enemy strong points. TFA will move into Platoon sectors and systematically search and hard clear their sectors in search for the “Time Twisting Device”, when destroyed, recall will be announced and TFA will immediately return to the CH-47D for extraction and expatiated return to our FOB.
TFA will move en masse by CH-47D along Route Black Arrow to establish a secure Landing Zone at the former Russian Special Operations Group Air Base Objective area. Using bold maneuver, close with and neutralize the enemy strong points.
TFA will neutralize the former Russian Special Operations Group forces as much as possible as we move into Platoon sectors and systematically search and hard clear their sectors. When the Platoons find available assets they will mark the map and report to Higher the Asset found and Map Location.
When the “Time Twisting Device” found and secured, the unit in possession will report through to Spartan, then destroy the device and visually verify it has been destroyed and report again to Spartan. When the “Time Twisting Device” is verified destroyed, recall will be announced and TFA will immediately return to the CH-47D for extraction and expatiated return to our FOB then prepare for follow on missions.

Enemy Forces
Expect the former Russian Special Operations Group to be equipped with Soviet style equipment, and they appear to be formed in their traditional Squad formations. Their equipment includes Mi-8 Helicopters, several light skin vehicles.
We expect the former Russian Special Operations Group to fight as small units, they are on their home ground, even though they have only recently moved into this area and they do not yet have integrated defensive systems.
We expect them to defend the area to expand their power base and protect the “Time Twisting Device” study group. We expect them to defend to the last man, and will use what advantages they have.
With the C2 active, expect a QRF to arrive shortly after they are attacked.
Friendly Forces
The International Intelligence Community as secured this FOB for TFA. We are informed they is no civilian population in the operational area. They have directed TFA to conduct a Deliberate Attack to Find and Destroy “Time Twisting Device” we are authorized the use of Lethal Force to do so.
The International Intelligence Community will continue to secure the operational area and provide Intelligence to TFA as it becomes available.
TFA Equipment
TFA has a single CH-47D that will act as our Primary Transport Vehicle and Respawn Vehicle. Respawn is facilitated by the TFA Flag Pole. The CH-47D is also an Arsenal.
If the CH-47D is destroyed During the Mission A replacement will need to be moved into the area. If the CH-47D is lost at the end of the mission TFA may utilize enemy assets to return to the FOB with permission from Spartan.
