SITREP
There is a Category 5 Typhoon bearing down on the island nation of Isla Primus. The storm is predicted to hit the island sometime later on Tuesday evening bringing high winds, heavy rains and a storm surge in the range of 30 meters. The island government has evacuated the islands entire population of 50,000 citizens to Australia.
The maximum security prison, second only to Gitmo in notoriety, was housing 30 of the world’s most dangerous criminals, including Omar Kritsky – a financial wizard that has laundered billions of dollars for the top terrorist organizations throughout the world. Captured on a small island in the south Pacific, he is being housed at the prison awaiting a special transport to take him to The Hague.
Intelligence
The Terrorist organizations that were being financed through Kritsky have launched a rescue attempt on Isla Primus, trying to take advantage of the lack of people on the island. They believe that a small number of Gendarmerie are still on the island with Kritsky. The other inmates of the prison have left the island and are en route to a detention center in Australia.
However, due to Kritsky’s value to international intelligence agencies and his threat to the civilians worldwide, a special A/C was scheduled to pick him up along with the 2 police officers that volunteered to remain and await the A/C. But, due to the increase of the typhoon, the flight was cancelled. We believe the terrorists are aware and ready to attempt the rescue. TFA was in the region to assist in disaster relief operations when tasked with the rescue of the police and to secure the prisoner for transport.
Mission
1) Leave the prison on Castra Insula and head for the main island at the lighthouse at Primus, secure the respawn vehicle.
2) Proceed on foot to the Gendarmerie Station and locate the police officers and prisoner.
3) Make your way to the west side of the island to the Primus Airport, secure a plane and fly west to Australia to turn the prisoner over to authorities there.
Eliminate the terrorist threats that you encounter. There are rumored to be a large contingent on the island.
