SITREP
The former Russian Special Operations Group (vy znaete, esli vy znaete) [PRONOUNCED: vis Ney les vis Ney] has established a Research Center and Strong Point in the Gates of Hell. Intelligence has concluded the stolen ultra-top secret program the “Time Twisting Device” and are trying to put it to use.
If our assumptions are correct they are attempting to harness the power of the Time Twister to alter the fabric of time as we know it and move the world into an alternate reality where THEY have global dominance.
INTEL
The former Russian Special Operations Group has established an operational Research Center and Strong Point in and around the gates of Hell. Intelligence reports they have little to no heavy Air Defense Systems or Heavy Weapons. We assume the whole unit is not on site at this time so TFA will strike.
In the Research Center and Strong Point expect to find a Battalion Minus size garrison and a C2 node. They have established the Research Center and are trying to harness the power of the “Time Twisting Device” – we believe they are close to claiming they have harnessed the power of the device and about to alter the very fabric of time.
Weather: Cool and partly cloudy with a light wind blowing to the South with a chance of precipitation expected in the next 24 hours.
Terrain: Mostly high mountain desert environment, rolling hills to low mountain peaks, and lightly wooded areas to in our operational area.
MISSION
TFA conducts an Air Assault along Route Black Arrow to conduct a deliberate Attack on the former Russian Special Operations Group at their Research Center. TFA will neutralize all enemy forces as we Find then Destroy the “Time Twisting Device” and as much of the Research Center as possible.
Once the “Time Twisting Device” has been destroyed TFA will with draw to our CH-47D and return to out FOB. TFA’s ROE is Weapons Free on former Russian Special Operations Group to neutralize any and all enemy forces encounter in the operational area.
EXECUTION
TFA will move en masse by CH-47D along Route Black Arrow to establish a foothold at Air Base Objective area. Maneuver to close with and neutralize the enemy strong points. TFA will move into Platoon sectors and systematically search and hard clear their sectors in search for the “Time Twisting Device” Research Centre, then destroy as much as possible. On order recall will be announced and TFA will immediately return to the CH-47D for extraction and expedite return to our FOB.
TFA will move en masse by CH-47D along Route Black Arrow to establish a secure Landing Zone at the “Time Twisting Device” Research Center Objective area. Using coordinated platoon maneuver, close with and neutralize the enemy strong points.
TFA will neutralize the former Russian Special Operations Group forces as much as possible as we move into Platoon sectors and systematically search and hard clear their sectors. When the Platoons find available assets they will mark the map and report to Higher the Asset found and Map Location.
When the “Time Twisting Device” Research Center is found and secured, the unit in possession will report to Spartan then prepare to destroy the device and facility. When the “Time Twisting Device” Research Center is verified destroyed, recall will be announced and TFA will immediately return to the CH-47D for extraction and expatiated return to our FOB then prepare for follow on missions.

Enemy Forces
Expect the former Russian Special Operations Group to be equipped with Soviet style equipment, and they appear to be formed in their traditional Squad formations. Their equipment includes HMGs, several light skin vehicles.
We expect the former Russian Special Operations Group to fight as small units, they are on their home ground, even though they have only recently moved into this area and they do not yet have integrated defensive systems.
We expect them to defend the area to expand their power base and protect the “Time Twisting Device” Research Center. We expect them to defend to the last man, and will use what advantages they have.
There are no reports of the use of Mines or IEDs in the operational area, and we believe they still have a displaced element and QRF that will be rallied to form when the Research Center is attacked.
Friendly Forces
The International Intelligence Community has secured this FOB for TFA. We are informed there is no civilian population in the operational area. They have directed TFA to conduct a Deliberate Attack to Find and Destroy “Time Twisting Device” we are authorized the use of Lethal Force to do so.
The International Intelligence Community will continue to secure the operational area and provide Intelligence to TFA as it becomes available.
TFA Equipment
TFA has a single CH-47D that will act as our Primary Transport Vehicle and Respawn Vehicle. Respawn is facilitated by the TFA Flag Pole. The CH-47D is also an Arsenal.
If the CH-47D is destroyed During the Mission A replacement will need to be moved into the area. If the CH-47D is lost at the end of the mission TFA may utilize enemy assets to return to the FOB with permission from Spartan.
