With the successful capture of Ray in ‘Capital Takeover’, some Intelligence Operatives are escorting him to a jointly operated location known as St George Island.
A joint endeavor of US CIA, Israeli Mossad (Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations) and British Mi6 division, St George has a high security prison which is a black site in the Intel world.
TFA is just an armed escort for the prisoner transfer. Just ROUTINE work for most.

Should be a quiet and easy one. Enjoy the sun and warm waters of St George.
