The FKLA (Free Kekestan Liberation Army) are falling apart after a second day of defeat at Fire Base X-Ray. Now only five weeks after the Coup d’état against the Democratic Republic of Kekestan the FKLA is all but defeated. They have lost its massed forces and the Coup is failing. With all but a handful of holdouts neutralized the FKLA’s remaining forces are disappearing into the interior of the land and the almost all the forces have been accounted for.

The FKLA is beaten and battered military group with the exception of a handful of last stand holdouts.

Armed with surplus Soviet weapons and home grown tactics they continue to fight even in the face of annihilation.

RECONNAISSANCE PHOTOS

Enemy Forces

The FKLA are equipped with Soviet style equipment, and appear to be formed in traditional Squad and Platoon formations. Their equipment includes commercial type vehicles with heavy mounted machine guns, BRDMs, and AN-2 transport aircraft. They have a number of 82mm mortars. They have a history of the use of Mines and IEDs in the operational area, but after two major defeats at Fire Base X-Ray we do not think they have much of a QRF available.

We expect the FKLA holdouts to continue to fight in the operational area and possibly target TFA as they feel we have injured their pride. We expect the continued use of mortars in both defensive and offensive operations.

Friendly Forces

The Kekestan Government continues to evacuate the bulk of the civilian population from the operational area to safeguard them. They have directed TFA to conduct continued operations to defeat the FKLA.

The Kekestan Military Force will continue to secure the operational area and provide Intelligence to TFA as it becomes available. The Kekestan Military Forces are operating Fire Base X-Ray and UAV intelligence aircraft.

The Kekestan Military Forces are operating Fire Base X-Ray and the Castle Strong Hold and UAV intelligence aircraft.
