CSAT Columbia Mission 3

by Capt. RedWeasel. Mission date Friday 20th June 2025, 19:00 GMT

SITREP

CSAT having infiltrated the Colombian jungles and have established small operational outposts and extended communications it has been determined they are manufacturing weapons and using this area for production and distribution. CSAT is conducting concurrent operations in the area with distribution of supplies and hard point occupation.

The Colombian Government has asked TFA to continue to neutralize the CSAT’s footprint in the operational area as they prepare to move in to take operational control of the region reclaiming the areas CSAT has seized, neutralizing the CSAT threat and to disassemble their operations in the region.

INTEL

CSAT has moved into several areas within the Colombian interior and have established footholds and an extensive communications network recent intelligence indicates they have established a weapons production and supply distribution system from various locations in the operational area.

We expect CSAT to expand their operations and conduct operations against the Colombian Government, they plan to operate their new weapons production and distribution unobstructed from the region.

Weather: Cool and mostly cloudy with a high chance of rain. There is a brisk breeze blowing to the North and expect light to heavy precipitation for the next 24 hours.

Terrain: Mostly jungle environment, rolling hills to mountain peaks wide swift rivers and small town communities and lightly wooded areas to in our operational area.

MISSION

The Colombian Government feels TFA has the momentum to continue offensive operations against CSAT. We are tasked to conduct a hasty attack on Distribution Center (verified Containers on the Dock), then neutralize a reinforced stronghold and possible C2 location.

We will continue to destroy any identified antennas of the CSAT Communications network.

We have passed the control of the Fortress over to the Colombian Government Forces, so Weapons Tight until we are past the LD/LC.

EXECUTION

TFA conducts combined platoon operations to conduct a two stage operation. First to conduct a Hasty Attack on a Distribution Facility then move to and perform an Attack on a reinforced stronghold and possible C2 Location to neutralize the CSAT forces in the operational area. Then conduct assembly Area Operations in preparations for follow on taskings.

TFA conducts combined platoon operations from our Assembly Area along Route Green Arrow. On order Platoon Leaders will deploy their units into their sectors and conduct attacks on designated objectives (Hotel RED, Alpha BLUE). Primary mission is to destroy the CSAT Distribution Facility and Containers then capture a group of Boats in the vicinity of the Dock Yard.

Move the Platoon Respawn Vehicles to the Beach front area near the boats. We will mount the available assault boats and follow Route Grey Arrow to conduct an Attack on a reinforced stronghold and possible C2 Location to neutralize the CSAT forces in the operational area (we will continue to destroy CSAT’s Antennas in the objective areas) and to inflict as much damage to their forces.

On completion of the objectives TFA conduct assembly Area Operations in preparations for follow on taskings. While moving along the river, if we come under fire we will suppress the enemy forces but will expedite our movement to the Objective Area. Platoons will land their boats in the designated areas and move into sectors.

Platoon EODs will continue to be prepared to have enough explosives to destroy everything, everywhere, every time.
