SITREP
The United World Security Organization has determined that the FIA (Friendly Insurgency Association) has been identified to be working on an ultra-top secret WMD Device and are supported by several elements of our old nemesis CSAT.
We believe that some entity is attempting to facilitate the development and to deploy a WMD for an unknown end.
INTEL
The FIA has been identified in the vicinity of Salman Iraq. They have established an operational C2, and have been observed importing personnel and equipment into the operational area. Intelligence reports they have been operating several AN2 aircraft conducting a logistics push suppling the area with men and material.
The FIA appear to be conducting security operations in and around the C2, we also expect they have established a CSAT support unit in close proximity. It is understood they have not been successful in completing the WMD as of yet.
Weather: Cool and partly cloudy with a light wind blowing to the South. No precipitation expected for the next 24 hours.
Terrain: Mostly desert environment, rolling hills, and typical regional buildings in the operational area.
MISSION
TFA conducts a Ground Assault to conduct a deliberate Attack on the FIA. TFA will neutralize all enemy forces as we Find then Destroy the WMD.
Once the WMD has been destroyed, TFA will consolidate and move to the Air Field North East of the Operational Area to form an Assembly Area in preparation for follow on tasks.
TFA’s ROE is Weapons Free on FIA to neutralize any and all enemy forces encountered in the operational area.
EXECUTION
TFA will move in convoy bY Platoons via the Platoon M1230 to the Objective area. TFA will move into Platoon sectors and systematically search and hard clear their sectors, and maneuver to close with and neutralize the enemy strong points and forces in search for the WMD. When it is destroyed, recall will be announced and TFA will On Order move to move to the Air Field North East of the Operational Area to form an Assembly Area.

Enemy Forces
Expect the FIA to be equipped with Soviet style equipment, and to be formed in their traditional Fire Team and Squad formations. Their equipment includes Technicals with HMGs, BRDMs, and several light skin vehicles. There is no report of the use of Mines or IEDs in the operational area, they have a CSAT Mortar platoon in support, and we believe they have not totally secured the area from the locals. They have attempted to displace the indigenous personal, however they have had some resistance from the locals and maybe other forces pressuring. Possible QRF actions may be expected.
The FIA is expected to fight as small units to continue to secure their operations. They have only recently moved into this area so they do not yet have integrated defensive systems. We expect them to defend the area to protect the WMD development. We expect them to defend to the last man, and will use what advantages they have. With the C2 active expect a QRF to arrive shortly after they are attacked.
Friendly Forces
The United World Security Organization has secured this FOB for TFA. We are informed there is no civilian population in the operational area. They have directed TFA to conduct a Deliberate Attack to Find and Destroy WMD. We are authorized the use of Lethal Force to do so.
The United World Security Organization will continue to secure the operational area and provide Intelligence to TFA as it becomes available.
TFA Equipment
TFA has Platoon M1230 MRAP Transport Respawn Vehicles. Respawn is facilitated by the TFA Flag Pole. The M1230 MRAP is also an Arsenal.
If the M1230 MRAP is destroyed and becomes unavailable, Spartan also is equipped with M1230 MRAP Transport Respawn Vehicle if needed during the operation.
TFA may utilize enemy assets captured during the operation. IF enemy vehicles are used Spartan must be notified to reduce the possibility of fratricide. Any ARMA unique issues will be addressed by Overlord Call through Spartan Command NET.
