SITREP
CSAT is failing, they suffer more defeats and operational setbacks with the continued loss of valuable assets, and they have withdrawn from the interior of the jungle and have consolidated in only a few operational areas to reinforce the remaining assets. They are consolidating their forces to reinforce the remaining outposts, with extended communications system normally located in the vicinity to distribution centers. Almost all of their production sites have been destroyed, and most of their Distribution Centers and C2 centers have been neutralized.
The Colombian Government has tasked TFA to continue to Find, Fix and Destroy CSAT assets in the operational area as they continue to move in to take operational control of the region reclaiming the areas CSAT has seized, neutralizing the CSAT threat and to eliminate their operations in the region.
INTEL
CSAT continues to consolidate forces, and repositioned into the last of their strongholds. They have moved and established new outposts and an extensive communications network, recent intelligence indicates they have been weakened due to losses in their weapons production and supply distribution system, and have consolidated their forces to protect their remaining assets. It appear they may be now looking at relocating into a less hostile region to continue their operations.
CSAT is conducting a consolidation of resources and operations areas and are moving resources to reinforce their last remaining outposts and operation centers, they appear to hope to still resist against the Colombian Government. They are still operating their new weapons production and distribution centers and intelligence indicates CSAT’s weapons production has all but been stopped however there are several distribution centers still operational.
Expect CSAT to have heavy defenses and a large number of garrisoned troops in defense of this area.
Expect CSAT to conduct aerial reinforcement and conduct strong Close Quarters Combat in the main objective area.
Weather: Cool and mostly cloudy with a high chance of rain. There is a brisk breeze blowing to Athe North and expect light to heavy precipitation for the next 24 hours.
