SITREP
Mission 8 was brought to an uncompleted push, today we complete that drive into the CARROT CLAN’s Operational Area here in Winthera. We expect them to consolidate their smuggling operations due to their losses, we also expect them to reinforce their activities with as many forces they can within our Operational Area.
Regardless of their losses they continue the ongoing smuggling operations and continue operations to find and occupy suitable areas to continue their nefarious operations.
TFA will conduct containing operations to disassemble these efforts, and we still wait for the Wintheraian Intelligence Agencies to provide the identity and location of Commander Winterbottom (Whitetail 6).
INTEL
The Carrot Clan continue to move into abandoned and local small private airfields to continue their smuggling operations. We have seen the repeated deployment of their Airborne Assault Unit with little effect on the battlefield. They are formed in what appears to be in a Motorized Infantry Task Force (minus) configuration and are proven to be operating in squad size units. They are equipped with T100 MBTs, BRDM2s, BMPs, and transport trucks.
We still do not have the location of their main C2 (Command and Control) element, and are still searching for identity of Whitetail 6. We have seen the Local Commanders have flexibility in the execution of the daily operating procedures and the coordination of defensive operations throughout their sectors in the region.
The Carrot Clan is reinforcing their operations, and it is expected they will double their efforts to defend their operations and installations. Additionally Airborne Assault Units will be deployed when key areas are attacked to provide 3D battlefield envelopment, expect to get surrounded when contact is made. Intel indicates they are continuing ongoing smuggling operations and the use of military force to control parts of the region and force projection. They have failed to slow our advance and have moved in T100 MBTs, Recon and Surveillance has identified six in our immediate area and we expect them to have at least a Tank Company (Generally 12 to 14) on the ground. Expect them to fight to the last man.
There is no known use of Mines or IEDs in the area.
Weather: It remains cold, cloudy, with a light blowing wind. Expect Snow Showers for the next 24 hours.
Terrain: Rolling hills with farmland and small urban areas, lightly wooded forests.
MISSION
TFA continues to push the attack on the Carrot Clan to destroy all enemy forces in our assigned Operational Area, and to Destroy Carrot Clan Communications and C2 Nodes, Military Supplies, and Vehicles in and around Objective Mistletoe, Objective Holly Bawls, Objective Airfield Bovec, and Radio Tower Kluze Fortress. This will be an early morning attack.
EXECUTION
TFA has occupied an Assembly Area and TOC at our current location. We will move by our donated M998s and will use them to maneuver to the target areas. The Platoon Leaders will decide what assets they want to use and how they will Find, Fix, and Destroy all enemy forces in the area. Multiple Communications Systems Towers must be destroyed and any INTEL must be found and secured.
TFA will move by M998s to the LD/LC where Platoon Leaders will direct the effort to find, fix and destroy the enemy forces and resources in the Operational Area. Platoon Leaders will coordinate movement and attack plans with Spartan as they move through the sector en Route to the Objectives. Platoons will have the options of using an additional M998 in conjunction with their Platoon Respawn Vehicle. Spartan will have a respawn vehicle that can be used if the Platoons’ becomes unavailable.
Due to the close proximity of the Objective Areas expect the enemy to be able to engage us at range from our flanks.

Enemy Forces
The Carrot Clan is equipped with current Russian Weapons and Equipment. They are considered a well-trained force with combat experience. They have fielded several T100 MBTs, BRDM2, BMPs, and transport trucks, and they have several AN2 fixed wing and Mi8 style rotary wing aircraft for movement of the Airborne Assault Unit. They continue to follow traditional Air-Land Battle Tactics.
There is no known use of Mines of IEDs in the area.
Friendly Forces
The Wintheran Military Force continues to mobilize and consolidate their forces and have establish defensive operations and have been securing the rear of our AO, they have been helpful in the handling of POWs. They have tasked TFA to continue offensive operations and conduct more hasty attacks.
The Wintheran Government Military Force conducts operations to our flanks and rear to consolidate and gather Intelligence to identify the Carrot Clan Leadership and Primary HQ/C2. The Wintheran Military Intelligence Force (WMIF) will provide any updates to TFA as they become available.
TFA Equipment
Each Platoon Leader will have a respawn vehicle, Reinforcements (Respawns) move to it by the use of the Reinforcement Flag Poles. Additional M998s are available, and may be used if directed by Platoon Leaders.
Rations: Canned Spaghetti with Generic Meat Sauce, Granulated Processed Cheese Substitute, Artificial Garlic Spread Covered Bread, and Neo-Genetic Fermented Grape Wine Reconstituted with Manufactured Positive Affirmations.
