SITREP
The Ardistan Army is trying to start a second front in the northwest of Ilsa Pera. They have vowed to take back Ilas Pera from TFA and make them pay for Ilsa Pera and Sahrani.
INTEL
The Ardistan Army has lost the majority of their tank supply, and have had to dust off captured T-55 MBTs.
The Ardistans have taken the town of El Guamo and have dug in.
They have set up 2 FOB bases: Anaconda and Python. They are planning to launch an air assault on the west airfield to try and take it for resupply of much needed armor.
MISSION
TFA will proceed from the mission start point and head west to El Guamo and clear out the town of enemy forces.
TFA will split up at El Guamo, with Hotel heading northwest to FOB Anaconda, and Alpha heading south to FOB Python. Each team will sweep and clear the FOB area and mop up enemy assets. Eliminate any hostile contacts to ensure no enemy survive to start a war of attrition.
Once all enemy forces have been eliminated, proceed to the west airfield for exfil.
There are currently no mission failure criteria.
MAPS
** NOTE: The recon drones that were sent to gather intel on the FOBs were shot down and all maps have been lost. There will be intel on the day of mission. **
OPFOR
The Ardistan Army. Currently primarily armed with AK style weapons only. No GL nor MGs are being carried by the ground forces.
Bunker mounted PKMs are being used. AT is sparsely used and is the RPG-26 version.
Sniper positions are armed with the SVD
Vics: T-72AB MBTs and Hilux with DShKM mounts.
Air Threats: Unknown extent of the air threat, however it is considered High!
Mine Threat: Just like the last 2 missions, very high!
TFA EQUIPMENT
The standard Ray loadouts for weapons, ammo and boom sticks.
Comms will be in accordance with TFA SOP.
ROE will be followed at all times per SLs orders.
RATIONS: The Red Weasel Catering Service will be providing meals along the way. Ensure you check in with your order at the mission brief!
NOTE: Most civilians have left the island, the rest have taken to hiding somewhere on the island. Expectation of civilian interaction is considered low!
