SITREP
The AAF has brought in more (less experienced) troops to back fill the units that were lost to TFA’s operations. The push inland is of high priority. As TFA continues to assault the AAF, the more the moral and confidence in a victory is fading!
INTEL
It has been learned that the bulk of the AAF forces were trained by former Russian Spetsnaz (the GRU), but in light of the recent loss to TFA’s advances, the AAF is second guessing their training!
The 3 scientists rescued from the island during the last mission shared some interesting intel with ANZUS intelligence. The AAF is still in dire need of leadership. Their current leadership is comprised of low-level, inexperienced personnel, but highly motivated enlisted corp. The AAF now has to deal with less trained personnel and an ever-aggressive enemy in TFA.
The scientists have revealed that the AAF lacks an engineering unit to plan the reconstruction of The PR’s infrastructure after some minor damage from Typhoon Bertha. They also revealed that they were trying to stall the reconstruction efforts in hopes of being rescued. Four scientists remain to be rescued.
MISSION
TFA will depart the TFA Tactical Operations Center (TOC) at the Ivanograd airport via captured vics (repainted for better ID) to the first objective on the AO map. Again, TFA will sweep the area, clear out all enemy forces encountered, destroy all enemy assets, destroy enemy comms equipment and rescue any scientists found during the operation.
Ghost patrol will be used as soon as the operator is available.
MAPS

OpFor: The AAF
Weapons are from mostly later Soviet weapons and recently acquired Russian Federation weapons. Mostly the AK-74 in the 5.45 x 39mm caliber.
Additional weapons are: RPK-74, AK-74N GL, PKM and the RPG-7. These weapons are in short supply, and they are awaiting shipments of more. Because of this, only the external patrol forces carry them. The off-duty troops (garrisoned) carry the AK-74 rifle only.
Vehicles threats: Offroad PU with M2 HMGs and a hefty supply of T-55 MBTs (Gunny!)
QRF is a real threat. There is a RQF base on the west side of the island that can utilize the CH-136 Griffin for deployment.
Intel has reported the observation of CH-146 gunships in both AOs. These are high priority targets along with the TT-55 threat.
There are no mines within the AO. However, there has been a shipment in to the island that may change this balance.
TFA EQUIPMENT
The standard Ray loadouts for weapons, ammo and boom sticks.
We have captured Offroad pickups for use in the campaign moving forward. 2 are respawn vics and 4 are squad vics. All vics are arsenals.
Comms will be in accordance with TFA SOP.
ROE will be followed at all times per SL’s orders.
RATIONS: The AAF has reluctantly given up their food stores to TFA. Bon appetite!
NOTE: The only Civilians are the hostages held by the AAF.
Any questions can be forwarded to Ray64! Have FUN!
