SITREP
Intelligence has indicated the Candy Cane Cartel has reinforced their operations here in Tanoa. TFA has been asked to continue to conduct neutralization operations, to minimize the effect of the Cartel.
TFA will conduct operations to Find, Fix, and Neutralize the Cartel’s what appears to be the Cartel’s primary processing plant and warehouse operations area. The Candy Cane Cartel has a Command and Control Node and a large Processing Facility in the target area.
Tanoa Intelligence indicates they have reinforced operations in this area with a PMC (Private Military Company) and is recovering from recent losses inflicted by TFA. They indicate that there may be internal dissatisfaction of the melding of forces and the Cartel’s command is questionable. It is possible that the Cartel’s inner circle is using private security due to questionable loyalties from their hired guns. It is our plan to burn down the Candy Cane Cartel’s operation.
INTEL
The Candy Cane Cartel is a global well trained faction. They have a number of cartel personnel, mostly soldiers of fortune and mercenaries. They have established a communications network and have begun displacing civilians as they move through the area, seizing property and establishing strong points around the island complex. Intelligence indicates the have a number of small trucks with mounted HMGs and a number of ground forces. We assume they have advanced military training and weapons systems and are openly willing to use them.
The Candy Cane Cartel is an established cartel with global operations, and has established operations here in the island paradise of Tanoa. They plan to continue to seize sugar cane fields and processing facilities to facilitate the production of “Sugar Caine” for expected shipments in international smuggling. They are using a private military force that has expanded due to recent losses and has caused internal conflict, loyalties may be questionable, and longtime members of the Cartel may be feeling disenfranchised by newer members of the internal hierarchy.
Intelligence indicates the have a number of small trucks with mounted HMGs and a number of ground forces. We assume they have advanced military training and weapons systems and are openly willing to use them.
Weather: It is hot, humid, and warm wind blowing, there are no indications of rain for the next 24 hours.
Terrain: Rolling hills to mountainous regions with farmland and small to medium urban areas, wooded forests throughout the operational area.
MISSION
TFA conducts an Air Assault to conduct hasty attacks on Candy Cane Cartel to neutralize Infrastructure and ground forces. There are a number of garrisoned troops and strongpoints with supporting HMGs. Find and Destroy the Cartel’s C2 Node, Distribution Warehouses, and Neutralize the Processing Facility. This will be a deliberate attack that must be decisive and complete to end the Cartel’s ability to continue to operate in Tanoa.
TFA has occupied an Assembly Area and TOC at our current location. The Platoon Leaders will decide how they will Find, Fix, and Destroy the assets in our assigned operational area. We will load our MH-6 Helicopters and fly to our assigned targets and neutralize the Cartel Forces encountered.
EXECUTION
TFA will conduct an Air Assault to LZ Valley Road by MH-6 Helicopters, where they will secure local transportation (Farm Trucks) then will move into sector where Platoon Leaders will direct their platoons to Find, Fix, and Destroy the Cartel assets in assigned Operational Area. TFA will move to the assault areas to Destroy Candy Cane Cartel assets in the target areas. Blue or Red Smoke will mark your LZ for the Target Area.
On command TFA maneuvers into the Operational Area were Platoon Leaders will direct the effort to find, fix and destroy the enemy forces and resources in the assigned Objective Areas. Platoon Leaders will report movement and Phase Lines in coordination to control attacks to Spartan as they move through their sectors as they strike assigned targets in the Operational Areas.
We can expect the Tanoa civilians have been evacuated from the contested areas. The current intelligence of Cartel locations are marked on your maps.
On completion of the operation TFA will use Air assets to return to out Assembly Area.

Enemy Forces
The Candy Cane Cartel is equipped with advanced weapons and equipment. They are mostly a military force made up of mercenaries and adrenaline junkies, they are a force to be considered well trained and dangerous. They have displaced local civilians from their operational areas.
They are operating a number of communications centers and various levels of C2 nodes decentralizing the operations of seizing sugar cane fields, processing, production, packaging, and shipment of their new designer product commonly referred to as “Sugar Caine”.
Currently there is no know use of Mines of IEDs in the area.
Friendly Forces
The Tanoa Governmental Military Forces have mobilized and are consolidating their forces and will establish defensive operations and will move to secure the rear of our assigned Operational Area, they will establish a POW reclamation process and civilian evacuation process that will allow TFA the unhindered ability to conduct aggressive operations. They have tasked TFA to conduct offensive operations and eliminate the Candy Cane Cartel.
The Tanoa Governmental Military Forces conducts operations to our flanks and rear to consolidate and gather POWs and Civilians, and will provide any Intelligence updates to TFA as they become available.
TFA Equipment
Each Platoon will have a respawn vehicle, Reinforcements (Respawns) are facilitated by the use of the Platoon Reinforcement Flag Poles. Spartan has additional respawn vehicle and can be used if the Platoon’s Vehicle becomes unavailable.
Rations: BBQ Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, and Lobster with Steamed Vegetables, and Fancy Rice, and Rum Jumbie Ice Cream.
