SITREP
Fallujah was a trap! The African Desert Extremists (ADE) has attempted to eliminate TFA by tricking TFA into an assault in the Iraqi city. With this failure the ADE is getting desperate to keep Maj. Wellington on the move.
This IS a night operation!
INTEL
The ADE has attempted to distract MI-6 by landing at various airports around the region in an attempt to distract MI-6 and the CIA from Maj. Wellington’s location.
Latest intel from both MI-6 and CIA has placed Maj. Wellington on Southern Sahrani. The DC-3 they are using to transport the Major has experienced an engine issue, and has landed at the Sahrani airport for repairs. MI-6/CIA feels this is the best opportunity to locate and rescue the major.
During the aircraft repairs, the ADE have been moving Maj. Wellington around the island to prevent any attempted rescue. The Major was seen last along the southeast side of the island being transported by ADE forces.
MISSION
TFA will depart the island on the southwest side of the map and take the boats provided to the LZ on the main island. TFA will utilize the vehicles provided for their incursion into Sahrani.
TFA will clear out the towns of Tiberia, Dolores, Ortego and Corazol while looking for Maj. Wellington. Should the major not be found during this clearing operation, TFA will assault the airport and prevent the DC-3 from departing. Outside of Corazol is an armor depot where the ground QRF is located. This is vital to be eliminated as soon as possible.
NATO naval assets have positioned themselves off the coast of Sahrani to monitor all inbound and outbound air traffic to Sahrani. Should DC-3 attempt to leave the island, they will track it to its next location.
The purple shaded area is a civilian refuge area. DO NOT go into this area. Doing so is an automatic mission failure! No Exceptions!
NOTE! Mission failure will be given should Maj. Wellington be killed during assault phase! Exception will be given for an ARMA glitch.
Ghost will be available upon his arrival to the mission area.
