SITREP
The South American country of Incatoria is gaining ground against the Mayanistan Defense Forces (MDF). With the disruption of vital supplies from Mayanistan, the rebels will soon face defeat.
The MDF is not ready to give up on their plans for the domination of South America, and is about to launch a strategic air assault on Incatorian infractructues to slow the Incatorian military down. TFA is going to stop this from happening!
INTEL
The MDF has several MiG-29s at an airbase in the western region. The base, known as Camp Aereo Pampa, or Pampa Airbase, is a newly built base that intelligence agencies around the world has little to no information on. Attempts by CIA operatives to get close has resulted in several agents going missing. With little to go on, TFA will need to proceed with caution when assaulting the air base!
Again, the MDF knows you’re coming so expect resistance!
Weather: Overcast skies with no moon. Cool temps since TFA is in the mountains.
Terrain: Mostly mountainous with steep slopes and deep valleys. Air base is in a large, mostly flat valley.
MISSION
TFA will leave the ruined hotel (thanks to Bulldog) via the helo captured during the last mission. Flying the black arrow route through the mountain valleys to stay below the radar, proceed to the TFA vic site and collect your transportation. From there, TFA will move in and assault the airfield before any MiGs can launch.
Upon completion of the assault, prepare for any counter assault if the MDF should be so foolish!
Ghost will be available upon his arrival to the mission area.
